The fine print

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Wondering if we offer exchanges? Please see further down the page for our exchange policy. 

Please note the following conditions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. The return will not be accepted if there are signs of wear or use.
  • We do not refund the shipping cost of the original order. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email larkshopnewzealand@gmail.com and we'll email you a returns form. 
  2. Fill out the returns form. 
  3. Pop it in with your order and send it back to us at the following address:

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any products at this time.

Please chose sizing and colours carefully. If you have purchased the wrong size/colour etc, we would suggest you either try on-selling your purchase or return the item completely and receive a full refund for the product. We do not refund the shipping cost.

If the preferred size/colour is in stock on our website, purchase it using your refund. Or, if you would rather not wait, place an order immediately.

If anything changes in the future in regards to our exchanges process, we will update this page accordingly. 

 

Questions you may have...

  • When will I receive my refund? Once we have received your returned products, please allow 1 - 3 business days for your refund to be processed. If the product is showing signs of wear and tear, we will not accept it as a return and will re-ship the item back to you at our cost. 
  • Who pays the shipping costs for the return? The costs are the customers responsibility. 
  • Are there any restocking fees? No, it is free to return, however the customer will have to pay the shipping fees. 
  • What if the order is lost in the post or damaged in transit? We look at these on a case by case basis. If the item is lost in the post, we'll refund your purchase but on the basis you have provided us with a tracking number for the item/s being returned.
