Shipping

All orders that are in stock are packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  but as some of our items are made to order,  please allow up to two weeks for your item to be made.

We love a special occasion and are more than happy to work with you towards your deadline. Please feel free to contact us with any special requests.

Once your gorgeous purchase is with the courier, unfortunately we have no control over how long it will take to get your goodies to you. 

after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

New Zealand Shipping Rates

We offer $10 flat rate shipping to all of New Zealand. 

 

Pickup

Unfortunately we do not offer any pick-ups at this time.

 

International Shipping Rates

  • Australia flat-rate NZD$35
  • All other countries NZD$50

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lark New Zealand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

P.O Box Delivery

We do not offer P.O Box delivery. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • New Zealand shipping destination: Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order once you have received your shipping confirmation email
  • Australian shipping destination: Please allow up to 25 days to receive your order once you have received your shipping confirmation email. 
  • All other countries: Pease allow up to 40 days to receive your order once you have received your shipping confirmation email. 

If you haven’t received your order within the above days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at larkshopnewzealand@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please visit our refunds and returns page for a more comprehensive policy. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the one-off nature of each item. Please see details in our refunds and returns page. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at larkshopnewzealand@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
